Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other fields required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information at registration — including the use of a fictitious name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 1k444. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1k444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all deposits made — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 1k444 account are processed instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 1k444 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which 1k444 accepts no responsibility. You may only deposit funds into your account using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.

All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering checks. 1k444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit before making the funds available for wagering or withdrawal.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 1k444 will conduct a standard identity verification check. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

1k444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met. 3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 1k444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a transaction is submitted in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 1k444 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

1k444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out here. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a valid account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the 1k444 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only. Bonus funds are credited to your account balance separately and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game types (for example, live casino or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate to the wagering requirement. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

1k444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts, making low-risk or zero-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, using automated betting tools or bots, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1k444 reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry date will be removed automatically. 1k444 accepts no liability for bonus funds that expire due to inactivity or failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 1k444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the 1k444 platform.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games.

1k444 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 1k444 may act without prior warning, including freezing account balances during investigation.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

1k444 may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority requiring closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

6.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 1k444 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining real-money balance. The fee will not exceed the lesser of ৳200 per month or the remaining balance. 6.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 1k444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the funds.

7. Responsible Gaming
